Yeacode is committed to providing companies with the best identification solutions that can increase productivity, reduce operating costs, and achieve environmental protection.
Yeacode Spray on Demand (DOD) Piezoelectric Coding (PIJ) equipment provides stable, reliable, and high-resolution spray printing effects. It provides high-definition one-dimensional barcodes and two-dimensional codes. It can also spray print fixed or variable data content such as LOGO, text, pictures, and tables.

The maximum printing width of a single nozzle is as high as 71.8mm. One set of equipment can control up to 4 nozzles and combine them at any time. The stacked nozzles can provide a maximum printing width of 280mm. It can also enable a set of systems to perform independent printing on both sides of the packaging box.

Different types of inks can be used for boxes made of different materials, oily inks can be used for absorbent materials such as corrugated boxes, and UV inks can be used with UV lights for non-permeable materials such as coated color boxes.

For companies, using labels as identification is not only costly, but also poses environmental protection and the risk of label falling off in logistics. Yeacode provides free Windows print engine functions, which can directly replace label printers based on existing label printing software (such as Nicellar, Bartender, etc.), maintaining the original operating habits without having to re-plate.

Yeacode provides a complete and free software development kit that can be easily connected to the factory's MES and ERP systems through a standard Ethernet interface, realizing multi-level packaging correlation and realizing full-process product traceability.

The Yeacode coding device uses the Android operating system and its operating logic is the same as that of a smartphone. The intuitive user interface allows operators to easily and quickly edit printing information and adjust parameters.
