Fault 1: Alarm on the sprinkler head
When the sprinkler alarm, an alarm pop-up window pops up and automatically shuts down after 15 seconds, which means that the sprinkler current exceeds the predetermined current by 1.2A, which plays a role in protecting the sprinkler and the circuit board. Do not click cancel shutdown.
Prioritize and eliminate several problem points after causing an alarm (in order of priority)
1. Ink enters the needle hub, causing a short circuit in the needle hub and causing an alarm; clean the needle hub;
2. The ink cartridge contacts are rotten or connected, causing a short circuit in the needle base and causing an alarm; replace more ink cartridges and try;
3. The spring in the needle holder is burned and deformed, causing a short circuit;

Fault 2: No printing
in sequential order
1. Click whether the print flag appears when printing. If it does not appear, it means that the switch fails or the current printing method is not manual printing. You can select the print settings-trigger switch settings;
2. Click print, whether the print flag disappears immediately after clicking print, and the single-nozzle machine immediately disappears as information is out of sync. Transfer information or edit information and print it after loading. Multi-nozzle machines directly transmit information, load and print verification;
3. Observe whether the print interface displays the ink cartridge capacity flag, and whether the information interface displays the corresponding nozzle voltage. If it is not displayed, it is impossible to print. If the drive board cable still does not display after installation, it needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair;
4. Replace the ink cartridge and confirm whether the ink cartridge caused non-printing;
5. Check whether the encoder is firm and whether the plug is damaged;
6. Observe the condition of the needle holder and find that it is seriously damaged or poorly installed. The surface of the needle holder is required to be basically level with the surface of the card holder, and only the needle protrudes is the best installation state;
7. The above information will not be printed after the test is completed and will be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
Fault 3: Missing printing lines
in sequential order
1. Check and verify that there is no problem with the ink cartridge;
2. Check whether the needle seat is depressed;
3. Check whether the holder is installed correctly. The front hole of the holder (that is, the position where the ink cartridge is loaded)(that is, the position where the ink cartridge nozzle comes out) must be aligned with the outlet of the nozzle on the front panel of the machine. The stainless steel port should be aligned with the holder. It is required to touch the outlet on the side of the encoder without scratching your hand. This ensures that the ink cartridge is installed in the correct position.
4. After the above information is tested, the thread is still printed or the needle spring is not replaced, and returned to the manufacturer for repair.
Fault 4: Print ghostly and blurred
If the encoder is not damaged, there is a high probability that you can adjust and modify it yourself.
1. Confirm whether the nozzle spacing parameters are correct, adjust them to increase or decrease and observe;
2. Check whether there is anything dirty in the main wheel and the tower wheel slot on the encoder, and clean it up in time;
3. Whether the main wheel and encoder bracket are loose, skewed, and shake during printing, fix it for printing;
4. Whether the tower wheel on the encoder is loose or slippery, and it can be removed by pulling it lightly;
5. The nozzle position is too large from the printing position, 5 - 7 mm is appropriate. You can adjust the left and right main and auxiliary wheels to adjust the distance;
6. If the contact points of the ink cartridge are seriously depressed, it will also cause blurred printing;
7. The above information was still not printed well after testing, so it was returned to the manufacturer for repair.
