This model can be used to type code on the frame, press steel bowls, and inject butter at the same time (optional bar code machine can be used to automatically produce bar codes). An automatic floating mechanism is added to the coding machine head to automatically correct the verticality of coding. Reduce manual operation steps and improve coding speed. Moreover, the workbench is relatively low, so there is no need to hold the frame hard and then put it in the steel bowl (the pressure head has a magnet to facilitate the insertion in the steel bowl). After the frame is sensed, the subsequent actions will be automatically completed. This reduces the labor intensity of workers at the steel bowl pressing station, and also completes the work of frame sizing and butter injection.

Note: There are two configurations available: booster cylinder and hydraulic cylinder.
